ONLINE ORDERS
- Frozen Orders must be collected within 7 days, unless otherwise agreed.
- Ambient orders must be collected within 3 months unless otherwise agreed.
- Orders which are not collected will be donated to a local shelter and no refund will be given
- subscriptions can be paused or cancelled via the login at the bottom of the page. seven days notice must be given for cancellation. no refund will be given for subscription orders cancelled after this point.
VISITING OUR SPACE
aversive tools are not permitted in our spaces. no admittance will be given to dogs wearing shock, e, prong, choke or head collars. if your dog cannot comfortably visit our spaces, you will be invited to book a remote appointment, private shopping experience or attend without them.
muzzles are permitted, provided that your dog is comfortable.
if your dog requires support to attend one of our spaces, please contact us to make a booking.
your dog remains your responsibility throughout your visit, any damages must be paid for and a £10 clean up charge will be added for any indoor toileting.
